De VR-Bank Spangenberg-Morschen eG is een coöperatieve bank met zetel in het noordhessische Spangenberg. Het werkgebied omvat de stad Spangenberg en de gemeente Morschen.
De oorsprong van de huidige bank ligt in de Spangenberger wijk Pfieffe. Daar werd op 16 februari 1889 de spaar- en leningkas voor coöperatief geld- en goederenverkeer opgericht. In 1912 fuseerde deze met de Raiffeisenkasse Nausis. In 1973 werd de Raiffeisenbank Spangenberg eG opgericht door de fusie met de Raiffeisenbank Mörshausen. Door de fusie met de Raiffeisenbank Morschen eG werd uiteindelijk in 1991 de huidige bank opgericht.
