Het Boerenhuismuseum is een collectie van elf gebouwen in het stadspark van Vreden. De gebouwen van het openluchtmuseum worden officieel ook aangeduid als "historische westmünsterlandse hofaanleg". De oorspronkelijke locatie van de gebouwen bevond zich in de nabije omgeving. Het hoofdgebouw van de historische westmünsterlandse hofaanleg zijn de historische boerderij Früchting, een Kötterhuis en een functionele watermolen, die wordt van water voorzien door de nabijgelegen stadsgracht.
