Holzhausen is de zuidelijkste wijk van de stad Bad Salzuflen in de gemeente Lippe, Noordrijn-Westfalen in Duitsland. De wijk bestaat uit Holzhausen en Sylbach.
Holzhausen ligt zuidelijk, ongeveer zeven kilometer buiten het stadscentrum van Salzuflen. Het grenst in het westen aan de wijk Wülfer-Bexten, in het noorden aan de wijken Ehrsen-Breden en Schötmar, in het oosten aan de wijk Grastrup-Hölsen, in het zuiden aan de stad Lage en in het zuidwesten aan de gemeente Leopoldshöhe. De grens met Leopoldshöhe wordt gevormd door de hier natuurgetrouwe stroomende Werre.
