Het wandelpad is een alternatieve route voor de Lausitzer slang tussen de gemeente Wachau en de stad Radeberg en is als het ware een wegvariant met een culturele achtergrond. Het verbindt het kasteel Klippenstein in Radeberg, het barokkasteel in Wachau en het kasteel Seifersdorf in de buurt van het Seifersdorfer dal. De route is continu gemarkeerd met een rode stip.
