Route aangemaakt voor het magazine Pasc@l. Ze gidst je langs het verhaal van zout.
Zout was een onmisbaar middel om voedsel te bewaren. Vandaar dat het in Europa zo een groot belang kende. Menige zoutroutes zijn dan ook gekend. En die liet menige delicatessen na. Deze middeleeuwse handelsroute leidt je door Noord Duitsland, van Lüneburg tot de Hanzestad Lübeck. Het wordt er de Alte Salzstraße genoemd.
