Listrac Medoc is een kleine stad genesteld met net geen 2000 inwoners. Het land strekt zich uit over 700 hectare wijngaard. Het produceert een stevig gebouwde wijn.
Afgezien van de wijngaarden, is er het bos dat zich uitstrekt over 4.400 hectare met een overwicht van dennen. Dit betekent een open landschap van wijngaarden op de horizon afgesloten door het bos.
Listrac, het hart van de Medoc, is het hoogste punt op 43 meter, 45 'van het centrum van Bordeaux, 40' van de Pointe de Grave, 30' van Lacanau.
Het dorp is een onbetwistbare architectonische eenheid waarin er een rustige sfeer heerst. De vele kleine straatjes versterken deze sfeer van rust en sereniteit en de charme van deze provincie.
