Het Monchy-le-Preux Memorial is een oorlogsmonument van de Dominion van Newfoundland dat de acties van het Royal Newfoundland Regiment herdenkt tijdens de Slag bij Arras van de Eerste Wereldoorlog.
Het monument herdenkt een ontmoeting die plaatsvond tijdens de Arras-offensief waarin het Britse Eerste en Derde Leger oostwaarts vanuit Arras aanvielen op een front van 22 kilometer. De 88ste Brigade, de brigade waarin het Royal Newfoundland Regiment diende, zou een aanval met twee bataljons uitvoeren tegen een doelwit dat bekend stond als Infantry Hill. Het Royal Newfoundland Regiment, onder bevel van luitenant-kolonel James Forbes-Robertson, bevond zich aan de rechterkant en het 1st Essex Bataljon aan de linkerkant.
