Aquaducten op het Canal du Midi maken het mogelijk dat het kanaal natuurlijke stromen kruist en eroverheen gaat. Er zijn twee uitzonderingen, de eerste is de Herbettes Aquaduct waar het een snelweg met vier rijstroken in Toulouse kruist. Een andere uitzondering is waar het intersecties heeft met de rivier de Libron en de kruising wordt bereikt via de Ouvrages du Libron.
