Dit is de tweede kerk van Vienne-en-Val, gebouwd tussen 1900 en 1903 door Clavier, een aannemer uit Vienne-en-Val, naar de plannen van Henri Rapine, een architect uit Parijs. De eerste kerk uit de 14e eeuw werd verwoest. De deur dateert uit 1903.
Binnen stelt de voet van de lessenaar van de kerk verschillende scènes uit het leven van Sint Maarten voor. Op de voet staat het jaartal 1613, terwijl de adelaar, die uit Férolles zou komen, waarschijnlijk uit de 19e eeuw is.
