In het hart van het Baskenland, in de prachtige Aldudes-vallei, ontdekt u een traditionele keuken op basis van lokale producten. Wij nodigen u uit om onze Baskische en Mexicaanse specialiteiten te komen proeven: kalfsvlees axoa, runderterrine, gedroogd vlees, chili con carne, huisgemaakte Baskische taart... Reserveren is verplicht. Wij bieden ook een catering service voor buffetten, familie maaltijden en/of vrienden.
