Aquesta casa de tres plantes, d'estil tradicional, va ser construïda l'any 1736.
La façana és típica del segle XVIII, però l'interior ha sofert importants canvis. Al segle XIX va ser la residència del primer bisbe de la Diòcesi de Nivariense, Luis Folgueras Sion, i més tard del Col·legi major de l'Institut de les Illes Canàries.
