Aquesta "cova" va ser creada poc després de 1930 per iniciativa de l'abat Gustave Hubaux, pastor de Dieupart, que va morir el 1935.
També s'anomena "Arcade de la vierge" .
Es troba al llarg del camí "sentier du docteur Thiry" que travessa la zona anomenada "ruins du chateau de vieux jardin" i és visible des de la carretera N633 prop de l' església de Notre-Dame de Dieupart.
L'any 2024 sembla que l'estàtua de la Mare de Déu va desaparèixer.
