Clèveris és una ciutat de l'estat alemany de Rin del Nord-Westfàlia, prop de la frontera amb els Països Baixos. És la capital del districte de Clèveris. El 31 de desembre de 2011 tenia 49.621 habitants. L'any 1242 va rebre el títol de ciutat.
Clèveris es divideix en 14 districtes: Bimmen, Brienen, Donsbrüggen, Düffelward, Griethausen, Keeken, Kellen, Materborn, Reichswalde, Rindern, Salmorth, Schenkenschanz, Warbeyen i Wardhausen.
