Estrasburg és la capital d'Europa i una ciutat del nord-est de França que se situa al departament del Baix Rin. És la capital del departament, i també des de l'1 de gener de 2016, és la capital administrativa de la regió Gran Est. Estrasburg es troba dins de la regió històrica d'Alsàcia, de la qual va ser capital des del 1982 fins al 2016.
