Montecatini-Terme és un municipi italià, situat a la regió de la Toscana i a la província de Pistoia. La ciutat està situada a l'extrem oriental de la plana de Lucca i és famosa perquè té una gran quantitat de balnearis termals, que fa que el turisme sigui la principal activitat econòmica de la zona.
L'any 2004 tenia 20.024 habitants.
