Arezzo és una ciutat de Toscana, capital de la província d'Arezzo, que antigament es deia Arretium, i era a Etrúria. Està situada a 296 m sobre el nivell del mar i el seu terme té una superfície de 386 km2. La ciutat té al tomb dels cent mil habitants i una densitat de 390 habitants per km2. Els seus habitants es diuen aretins.
