Campione d'Italia , és una comuna italiana, a la província de Como, regió de Llombardia, a la vora del llac de Lugano. El poble és conegut pel fet que opera un famós casino establert abans de la Segona Guerra Mundial i que és operat sota unes normes menys estrictes que les existents, tant a Itàlia com a Suïssa.
El territori de Campione forma un petit exclavament italià dins el territori de la Confederació Suïssa amb una superfície de 2,6 km² . Està envoltat pel territori del cantó de Ticino i es troba separat de la resta del territori de Llombardia, en concret de la comuna de Lanzo d'Intelvi per una xicoteta franja de terreny de menys d'un quilòmetre d'ample, que pertany a la comuna suïssa d'Arogno.
