Fernpass er en 1216 m h.s.l. beliggende bjergpas i de tyrolske alper. På vestsiden af passtedet ligger landsbyen Fernpaß, en del af kommunen Nassereith, mod øst spredte huse i kommunen Biberwier. Fernpass ligger mellem Lechtaler Alperne mod vest og Mieminger Gebirge mod øst; 13,5 km nordøst ligger Zugspitze i Wettersteingebirge. Passtedet, som kun ligger lidt sydvest for Ehrwald, ligger mellem Grubigstein i nord-nordvest, Wannig i sydøst og Loreakopf i vest.
