Kluisbergen er en kommune i den belgiske provins Østflandern. Kommunen, opkaldt efter Kluisberget i syd, ligger i det bakkede landskab i de flamske Ardennerne ved den højre bred af Schelde. Mod syd ligger den walisiske fusionskommune Mont-de-l'Enclus, der også er opkaldt efter dette. Kluisbergen har over 6000 indbyggere, som kaldes Kluisbergenere. Hovedbyen i kommunen er Berchem.
