Hamme er en kommune i den belgiske provins Østflandern. Kommunen havde pr. 1. januar 2018 i alt 24.829 indbyggere, som kaldes Hammenaars.
Hamme ligger ved udløbet af Durme i Nedre-Schelde og har et næsten fladt landskab. Mirabruggen, en drejebro renoveret i 2003, fik sit navn fra filmen Mira fra 1971 af Fons Rademakers baseret på bogen af Stijn Streuvels fra 1927: De Teleurgang af Waterhoek.
