Gijverinkhove er en landsby i den belgiske provins Vestflandern. Siden 1977 har det været en delsogn i Alveringem. Før det, i 1971, var det allerede knyttet til Leisele. Gijverinkhove blev første gang nævnt i 1120 som Gibahardinge hofa, formodentlig gården fra Ghyverinc, hvilket betyder efter ejeren. I 1143 var der allerede tale om en sogn, hvis patronatsret tilhørte Abdij van Voormezele.
