Molenbeek strømmer her ind i Parken i Boom og flyder der sammen med Bosbeek. I slutningen af parken går den under A12. I niveauet med Boom station kommer den ud i Rupel. Fordi begge bække tidligere har forårsaget vandoversvømmelser, planlagde provinsen Antwerpen nogle indgreb, såsom oversvømmelsesområdet Molenbeekse Plassen i Rumst.
