Klassisk kapel fra 1761-63, årstal på frontonen over døren i vestfacaden, færdiggjort to år senere. En-kirkes kirke med skib på fem traverse og halvrund apsis. Bygning i mursten på plint af skifer; gennemgående saddeltag (skifer) med lantern.
Vestlig facade med rundbue-dør indskrevet i rektangel af skifer med flankerende pilastre under fronton med to våbenskjold: til venstre, med billede af Vor Frue med mottoet "à moi l'hopital", til højre, våbenskjoldet fra adelsfamilien de Colins med mottoet "in pondere et mensura". Dør med smuk roset under træinddeler med rocaillemotiv. Ovenfor rundbuevindue i rektangel af skifer indrammet med profilerede imposter og flankerende ioniske pilastre.
Møbler: smuk smedet jernkorafskærmning med bladguld, oprindeligt fra sognets kirke Sankt Bartolomeus; paneleringer fra 1700-tallet. Gravplade af C.I. de Colins, med omtale af oprettelsen af kapellet (1761-63). Døre og højhal fra Gilles de Ville; statuer af G. Grupello.
Beskyttelse som monument siden 1936.
