Det første vélodrom i Antwerpen, det i Zurenborg, stammer fra 1894. Arkitekten Hellner blev valgt til at designe et nyt vélodrom syd for Antwerpen. Vélodromet i Garden City blev indviet den 18. juni 1914. Det kan rumme 1.500 til 20.000 personer. Banen på vélodromet måler 400 meter.
