Saint-Imier er en politisk kommune i forvaltningskredsen Berner Jura i den schweiziske kanton Bern. Det tyske navn Sankt Immer bruges i dag hovedsageligt stadig i den bredere region.
Saint-Imier ligger på 820 m over havets overflade, 15 km nordøst for La Chaux-de-Fonds. Industrikommune strækker sig i den centrale del af Juralængstalen Vallon de Saint-Imier, for det meste på venstre side af Schüss, på den nedre sydskråning af Mont Soleil.
