Montfaucon er en kommune i området Franches-Montagnes i kantonen Jura i Schweiz. Den 1. januar 2009 blev den tidligere kommune Montfavergier slået sammen med Montfaucon.
Montfaucon nævnes første gang i 1125 som de Monte Falconis. Kommunen var tidligere kendt ved sit tyske navn Falkenberg, men dette navn anvendes ikke længere.
