Allalin-gletsjeren er en 6 km lang gletsjer beliggende i Pennine Alpen nær Allalinhorn i kantonen Valais i Schweiz. I 1973 havde den et areal på 9,9 km2. Gletsjeren grænser mod vest op til Allalinhorn, Rimpfischhorn og Strahlhorn. Den må ikke forveksles med Fee-gletsjeren, som ligger på den nordlige skråning af Allalinhorn.
