Villa Choisi er et storslået bolig med en omfattende park ved Genfersøen. Den ligger i den vaudiske kommune Bursinel, sydvest for byen Rolle i Schweiz.
Ejendommen dækker et areal på cirka 15 hektar. Den strækker sig over næsten en kilometer langs bredden af Genfersøen og er dermed en af de største private anlæg ved søen. Den omfatter, udover den storslåede bygning, et system af allé, en planteskole, en gård, en privat havn samt en lille, kunstigt anlagt ø i søen fra 1930, Île de Choisi, som er en af de få øer i Genfersøen. Hovedbygningen er optaget i det kantonale register over bygningernes kulturarv og i listen over kulturværdier af national betydning i kantonen Vaud.
