Heikendorf er en kommune i Kreis Plön i Schleswig-Holstein. Heikendorf ligger på den østlige bred af Kieler Förde mellem Mönkeberg og Laboe.
Det synlige vartegn er det direkte ved Kieler Förde beliggende U-bådsmindesmærke for de tyske ubådsfolk fra begge verdenskrige, som overvåges af en bronzeplastik af en overlevelsestørrelse havørn. Den gamle bronzefigur blev i 2001 erstattet af en ny gendannelse, doneret af en enke til en ubådskommandør.
