Nieby er en kommune ved Østersøen i Kreis Schleswig-Flensburg i Schleswig-Holstein med lokaliteterne Nieby, Falshöft, Beveroe og Niebywesterfeld samt næsten hele naturbeskyttelsesområdet Geltinger Birk.
Nieby ligger cirka fem kilometer fra Gelting direkte ved den åbne Østersø på en halvø ved udmundingen af Flensborg Fjord i den nordlige del af Angelner Land.
