Crostwitz, obersorbisk, er en by og den tilhørende kommune i centrum af den øst-saksiske Landkreis Bautzen og ligger ca. 12 km øst for byen Kamenz. Kommunen hører til Oberlausitz og er medlem af forvaltningsforbundet Am Klosterwasser. Crostwitz er et af centrene for det sorbiske bosætningsområde i Sachsen.
Stednavnet er – ligesom i Crostau – afledt af det oldslaviske ord chróst for „busk“.
