Grefrath [ˈgreːfraːt] er en kommune i Kreis Viersen i regeringsdistriktet Düsseldorf i delstaten Nordrhein-Westfalen. Siden den 27. november 2012 har Grefrath officielt båret titlen sports- og fritidskommune.
Grefrath ligger i regionen Linker Niederrhein i naturparken Maas-Schwalm-Nette mellem Rhinen og Maas. Regionen ligger i det vestlige Tyskland nær grænsen til Nederlandene. Floden Niers løber gennem Grefrath fra syd mod nord. Bydelene Grefrath og Vinkrath ligger på den vestlige side af den lille flod, mens Oedt og Mülhausen ligger på den østlige.
