Neckarzimmern er en kommune, der tilhører Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis i Baden-Württemberg. Den er en del af den europæiske metropolregion Rhein-Neckar.
Neckarzimmern ligger i Neckardalen ved Burgenstraße mellem Heidelberg og Heilbronn på en højde af 138 til 347 meter. Kommunens område strækker sig for det meste langs Neckar i naturparken Neckartal-Odenwald. Mod nord strækker det sig op ad den højre bred. I dalbunden skærer B 27 mellem Gundelsheim og Neckarelz samt lidt længere oppe på en dæmning jernbanelinjen Heilbronn-Heidelberg kommunen i øst-vest-retning.
