Dommitzsch er en by i Landkreis Nordsachsen i Sachsen. Den er en opfyldende kommune i forvaltningsfællesskabet Dommitzsch.
Dommitzsch, 83 meter over havets overflade og en kilometer vest for Elben, er den nordligste by i Landkreis Nordsachsen og i fristaten Sachsen. Dommitzsch ligger tæt på det tre-lands hjørne mellem Sachsen, Brandenburg og Sachsen-Anhalt på en lille høj ved den venstre bred af Elben. Fra den vestligt liggende Dübener Heide flyder her grænsesøen ind i Elben.
