Elzach ; Lav Alemannisk: Elze) er en by i distriktet Emmendingen i Baden-Württemberg, Tyskland. Den ligger ved floden Elz, 26 km nordøst for Freiburg.
Byen Elzach ligger ved den østlige grænse af distriktet Emmendingen og grænser op til distriktet Ortenaukreis og Schwarzwald-Baar-Kreis. Topografisk er området præget af floddalen ved Elz og den lokale bakke kaldet Rohrhardsberg. Elzach tilhører også Breisgau-området og ligger i kanten af den Sydlige Schwarzwald Naturpark.
