Braunlage [braʊ̯nˈlaːɡə] er en by i Niedersachsen i Landkreis Goslar. Det er en statsanerkendt kurby og skisportssted. Indtil 1972 var Braunlage hovedbyen i den til Niedersachsen hørende Landkreis Blankenburg.
Braunlage ligger i Harzen syd for Brocken omgivet af Nationalpark Harz i en højde på 550 m over havets overflade i byen og op til 971 m over havets overflade på Wurmberg.
