Stühlingen er en by i Waldshut-distriktet i Baden-Württemberg, Tyskland. Den ligger på grænsen til Schweiz, med en grænseovergang til landsbyen Oberwiesen i Schleitheim kommune, 15 km nordvest for byen Schaffhausen.
Stühlingen er et klimakursted, der ligger ved Wutach på den sydlige kant af Schwarzwald i en højde mellem 449 og 601 meter, direkte ved den schweiziske grænse nær kommunen Schleitheim.
