Ralswiek er en tysk kommune i Landkreis Vorpommern-Rügen på øen Rügen i Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Kommunen administreres af Amt Bergen auf Rügen med sæde i den samme by.
Kommune Ralswiek ligger cirka otte kilometer nord for Bergen auf Rügen, lidt væk fra den føderale vej 96 og jernbanelinjen Stralsund–Sassnitz ved den sydligste punkt af den store Jasmunder Boddens, en lagune i Østersøen. Ralswiek omfatter de delområder Augustenhof, Gnies og Jarnitz, samt Sabitz.
