Neunkirchen er en kommune i Baden-Württemberg, Tyskland, der tilhører Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis. Den tilhører den europæiske metropolregion Rhein-Neckar.
Kommunen Neunkirchen ligger i den sydvestlige del af Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis i landskabsområdet "Kleine Odenwald" ved siden af Neckardalen, mellem 130 og 430 meter over havets overflade. Kommunens område ligger i naturparken Neckartal-Odenwald. Nærliggende nord for stedet udspringer Schwarzbach.
