Dominikanerøen eller Konstanzøen er en ø i Bodensøen lige øst for den gamle bydel i Konstanz. Med et areal på 1,8 hektar er den en af de mindre Bodensøøer. Øen er adskilt fra den gamle bydel af den kun seks meter brede bygrøft og er forbundet med den via en bro. Den domineres af Steigenberger Inselhotel, som er indrettet i et tidligere dominikanerkloster.
