Mallinckrodt-Gymnasiet i Dortmund er et privat gymnasium i Dortmund, drevet af Erzbistum Paderborn. Det er opkaldt efter sin grundlægger Pauline von Mallinckrodt. Grundlagt i 1851 blev skolen drevet af de kristne kærlighedsøstre indtil 1978, hvorefter den blev overtaget af Erzbistum Paderborn. I 1986 blev en ny skolebygning opført på Südrandweg, og co-education blev indført. Før det var det en ren pigeskole. Den tilknyttede trefoldige sportshal blev indviet i februar 1991 af generalvikar Bruno Kresing. I 1994 bestod den sidste rene pigeklasse sin studentereksamen. Siden september 2011 har Mallinckrodt-Gymnasiet haft sin egen kantine.
