Frankenalb-Klinikken Engelthal i kommunen Engelthal i Nürnbergområdet er en specialklinik for psykiatri, psykoterapi og psychosomatik. Det er en institution under det kommunale selskab Bezirkskliniken Mittelfranken, som også omfatter Bezirksklinikum Ansbach, Klinikum am Europakanal i Erlangen, det socio-therapeutiske botilbud Eggenhof i Uttenreuth, og det socio-therapeutiske bolig- og plejehjem i Ansbach.
Frankenalb-Klinikken blev bygget i 1898 på Reschenberg og blev taget i brug i 1900 som tuberkulosehejlesteder med 100 senge. I mellemtiden var det et børnehjem under Anden Verdenskrig. I 1973 specialiserede huset sig i behandlingen af psykiske lidelser.
