Den Røde Main Kilde er kilden til floden Røde Main, den venstre og sydlige hovedstrøm af floden Main i Tyskland. Den ligger i Lindenhardt Skov, ti kilometer syd for Bayreuth nær Hörlasreuth i en højde af 581 m over havets overflade på de sydlige skråninger af Tannenberg. Selvom Røde Main er flere kilometer længere end Weiße Main, betragtes den stærkere White Main Kilde som kilden til selve Main.
Den Røde Main Kilde blev indhegnet i sten i 1907 og, derfra, flyder vandet langs et smalt trærør. Kildeområdet ligger i det franconiske Schweiz-Veldenstein Skov Naturpark og tilhører geologisk den Brune Jura.
