Villa de Freitas er en villa i Hamburg-Othmarschen, Elbchaussee 239. Siden den 26. april 2011 er den beskyttet som et monument.
I august 1903 erhvervede købmanden og rederiet Carlos Pedro de Freitas ejendommen i Othmarschen fra arvingerne til den i begyndelsen af samme år afdøde Johannes Eduard Freiherr von Mutzenbecher. Denne ejendom bestod af to grunde, den 27.801 m² store på Elb-siden af Elbchaussee og en på nordsiden med et areal på 9.024 m². Den villa, der stod på Elb-siden, lod de Freitas straks rive ned. Derefter blev der bygget det nuværende hus på samme sted efter planerne fra arkitekterne Lundt & Kallmorgen. Vest for huset stod økonomibygninger, en garage og to drivhuse. Allerede i marts 1904 kunne familien de Freitas flytte ind i den nybyggede bygning.
