Einfelder Sø er en sø i Schleswig-Holstein, i umiddelbar nærhed til byen Neumünster. Den ligger på området af Rendsburg-Eckernförde kommune og den kommunefrie by Neumünster. Med et areal på 168 hektar tilhører den de større søer i Schleswig-Holstein.
Søen ligger på vandskellet mellem to floder, mod nord Eider samt mod syd Stör. En lille tilløb strømmer fra Dosenmoor ind i søen, andre nævneværdige tilløb mangler. Af denne grund forsynes søen hovedsageligt af grundvandet samt nedbør. En hovedafløb går mod sydøst i Aalbek; mod nord forbinder den med en dæmmet regleret Stengrab Einfelder Sø med Bordesholmer Sø, hvis vand kan løbe ud i Eider.
