Vinterhaven højhus er et højhus i Leipzig. Bydgningen blev opført fra 1970 til 1972 som boligkompleks Wintergartenstraße og er efter City-højhuset og hotellet The Westin den tredjestørste bygning i Leipzig. Med en samlet højde på 106,8 meter, hvoraf 95,5 meter er bygningens højde, var det den højeste boligejendom i Østtyskland og er i dag på listen over højhuse i Tyskland blandt de første hundrede.
Det ligger centralt i Leipzigs indre by på Wintergartenstraße 2 sydøst for hovedbanegården, ikke langt fra Augustuspladsen. Vest for ligger parkanlægget ved svanedammen. Højhuset er også kendt for det 18 ton tunge reklameskilt Doppel-M, der roterer på taget.
