Fæstningen Dömitz er en fæstning i Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Den ligger strategisk gunstigt ved Elben i byen Dömitz.
Beskyttet af Elben blev der i det 13. århundrede bygget en rundborg på et område, der ikke blev oversvømmet. Der er lidt bevaret af bygningerne, som blev bygget af marksten og teglsten. Fundamenterne af et rundt tårn er blevet påvist ved udgravningerne i fæstningens gård. Bygningsstoffet fra palas og fra et tårn, der står få meter længere mod vest, er stadig til stede i den nuværende museumsbygning i den nederste del.
