Den Lille Spree, obersorbisk Mała Sprjewja, er en cirka 40 km lang venstre biflod til Spree i Sachsen. Dens opland har et areal på 273 km².
Den Lille Spree ligger helt i den østlige del af Bautzen kommune. Den afleder fra hovedløbet af Spree til venstre ved fordelingsanlægget mellem Klix og Spreewiese, krydser derefter i nordvestlig retning Oberlausitz Heide- og Teichlandskabet og det i gang med at blive etableret Lausitzer Seenland, og munder til sidst få kilometer syd for Spremberg tilbage i Spreewitz i Spree, som i løbet af indlandsdeltaet også kaldes Store Spree.
