Skt. Marie Kirke i Frankfurt er den tidligere hovedsognskirke i byen og blev bygget over mere end 250 år med middelalderlig bygningsaktivitet. Kirken er blandt de største bygninger i nordtysk teglgotik; den er 77 meter lang og 45 meter bred. Kirken blev i høj grad ødelagt under Anden Verdenskrig, men kunne senere rekonstrueres i sine grundtræk. I dag er Skt. Marie Kirke et sociokulturelt centrum og vartegn for byen.
