Wegendorf er en bydel i byen Altlandsberg i Landkreis Märkisch-Oderland. Indtil sammenlægningen i 1997 med byen Altlandsberg var Wegendorf en selvstændig kommune.
Byen Wegendorf ligger østligt til nordøstligt for Berlin i det såkaldte "snævre sammenvævningsområde" i hovedstaden, som i folkemunde også gerne kaldes smørhullet. Geografisk tilhører Wegendorf den istidstrukturerede højslette Barnim, som hører til jomfru moræneland med typiske grundmorænesletter. Højden varierer afhængigt af beliggenheden mellem 65 og 75 meter over havets overflade. Til bydelen hører boligområdet Steinau. En nærliggende boligområde med samme navn Steinau tilhører Werneuchen og dermed Landkreis Barnim.
